Director, Contracts
Katie McGarvey has 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, data compliance, legal advisory and corporate governance. She was most recently Head of Compliance for the NDG Group in Dublin, Ireland, where she served as the firm’s designated point of contact for all interaction with government bodies and regulatory authorities. Katie received her B.A. degree in linguistics (cum laude) from the University of New Mexico (UNM), as well as her Juris Doctor degree from the UNM School of Law. She also received her LL.M. (Intellectual Property and E-Law) Degree from University College, Cork, Ireland. She has been a member of the State Bar of New Mexico since 2016.
As the Metis Director of Contracts, Katie is responsible for all prime contract and subcontract compliance and administration, to include tracking and QC of contract and subcontract deliverables. She negotiates and executes prime contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements on behalf of Metis, and ensures adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
