After successful completion of Stage 1 audit in November 2018, Metis has passed the two-day Stage 2 audit that was held on 21 – 22 January 2019 at the Headquarters location in Albuquerque, NM and the company now holds both ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certifications. In the two-day audit, we were measured on our processes through Process Effectiveness Assessment Report (PEAR) system in three different processes: Contract Management, Subcontract and Procurement, and Service Delivery as well as other aspects of our Quality Management Systems (QMS). We are rated 5 (highest rating) in all aspects of our processes and received zero nonconformances. The highest PEAR rating means that our processes are determined and planned activities fully realized, and the processes are delivering the planned results. This certification is valid for three years and is maintained though a scheduled annual surveillance audits and a three-year recertification audit by National Quality Assurance (NQA) Global Certification Body.
