Executive Director, Business Development
Arno brings to his role as Executive Director of Business Development over 40 years of business development, engineering, project/program management, consulting, and executive-level leadership experience split between the public and private sector.
Prior to joining Metis, Arno served as the Chief Operating Officer of Orbital Engineering that is a veteran-owned multi-discipline engineering, construction management, and inspection company specializing in retrofit engineering and asset integrity serving clients in electrical utilities, oil & gas, metals, and infrastructure. Arno has top-tier management consulting experience with EY and Booz Allen Hamilton where he provided engineering/technical, process improvement, and project management services to Federal sector clients such as the Department of Defense and prestigious Fortune 50 clients. Arno has also served as Executive Vice President for a small minority-owned business having oversight responsibilities on NASA contracts including the Bioastronautics contract at Johnson Space Center and the Outsourced Desktop Initiative at NASA. Arno has also supported the Department of Energy (DOE) through contracts with DOE Albuquerque, DOE Chicago, and DOE Headquarters.
Arno is a licensed professional engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Maryland, College Part, Maryland.
