Director, Contracts
Rich brings over twenty years of experience from his distinguished career with the United States Air Force, from which he retired in 2024. During his tenure, he held several key positions including Senior Enlisted Leader, Unlimited Contracting Officer, Acquisition Flight Chief, and Section Chief. His career in the Air Force was marked by his stewardship of taxpayer dollars and commitment to meticulous contract oversight. His experience spans across various contracting organizations, where he managed complex portfolios and led teams to enhance mission readiness and operational efficiency. Throughout his military career, Rich gained extensive experience through six deployments. These deployments spanned diverse and challenging environments, including managing construction contracts in Iraq, overseeing logistical contracts in Ethiopia, and coordinating base operations in Kuwait. His roles during these deployments enhanced his ability to perform under pressure and adapt to complex situations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Contracts Management and is currently pursuing an MBA from Trident University.
