Brian Eslinger Becomes Metis Chief Technical Operations Officer

Brian Eslinger has been promoted to the role of Metis Chief Technical Operations Officer, after
having served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Space Programs for the past three
years. As CTOO, Mr. Eslinger adds Metis aeronautics programs to his scope of responsibilities.
Metis CEO Joy Colucci said, “Brian has been a key member of the Metis leadership team,
blending great technical skills with outstanding leadership ability. I’m thrilled to have him accept
this expanded role as the company continues to expand.”
Mr. Eslinger’s past experience includes Program Manager for the Engineering and Technical
Services (ETS) contract at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center for American Systems
Corporation and previously for Jacobs Engineering. ETS scope included Aerodynamics and
Propulsion, Controls, Flight Systems, Aircraft Instrumentation, and structural engineering. As
Director of Jacobs Systems Engineering Division, he additionally provided oversight of the
Aerospace Research and Development Test & Evaluation A&AS Services at the Air Force Test
Center; Combat Environment System III at Naval Air Warfare Center – Weapons Division at
China Lake, and the Joint Range Technical Services contract at Nellis AFB. He previously
supported the Air Force Flight Test Center as a systems engineer and technical lead supporting
range systems development including communications, telemetry, encryption, mission control
room, video, timing, Time Space Position Information, command destruct systems, and video.
