Jennifer Paulik has joined the Metis team as Human Resources Manager. Jennifer has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources management at both Operational and Strategic levels. She’s served as the Human Resources Manager, managing day to day operations, for organizations up to 6500 personnel. She served as the Human Resources Operations officer, responsible for all Human Resources Strategic plans, for an organization consisting of over 25,000 personnel. She achieved her B.S. in Business Management, a Master’s in Business Administration, and possesses her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Her broad knowledge and skill set allows Metis to achieve exceptional Human Resources support for all employees.
