Metis Technology Solutions, Inc., Prime Contract Management unit has once again earned Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 ratings for the domains of Development (DEV) and Services (SVC.) CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance and aligning operations to business goals. Achieving this milestone demonstrates Metis’s commitment to excellence in product and service performance through process capability.
The CMMI Benchmark Appraisal was completed on March 1, 2024 that included appraising Metis business processes against an integrated set of best practices from government, academia, and industry. The appraisal covered 22 practice areas that included areas such as risk and opportunity management, governance, planning, process quality assurance, and verification and validation. The appraisal was performed by Sensible Process, LLC.
Metis is very intentional in building and strengthening process capability as it aligns our people, procedures, and enabling technology toward the common goal of performance excellence. This focus delivers increased customer satisfaction, fuels business growth, improves quality, and decreases risk.
