Metis was awarded the NASA Langley Research Center’s 2017 Small Business Subcontractor of the Year Award as a major subcontractor to SAIC under the Langley Information Technology Enhanced Services (LITES) II contract. Metis staff at Langley work on a variety of high-visibility programs, including support of the Airspace Traffic and Operations Simulation System and Laboratory, high-level project management support to the Chief Financial Officer’s organization, and many other tasks. Metis routinely receives customer kudos for the outstanding performance of our employees at this NASA Center. This award follows the company’s 2016 Small Business Subcontractor of the Year Award for Ames Research Center last year.
